This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This passenger car has been tested and the light work but the do flicker quite a bit; therefore it is being sold as-is. The previous owner also added a road name, Westchester Northern, which can be slightly seen underneath the paint. The diaphragms on the ends of the car are slightly crooked & have glue residue around it. There are a few scratches & scuffs along the car. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
